Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Snapceipt, including its receipt, mileage, export, and subscription features.

The service

Snapceipt helps users record receipts, mileage, and related bookkeeping information. Features may include cloud backup, AI-assisted data extraction, summaries, and exports.

Not tax, accounting, or legal advice

Snapceipt is a record-keeping convenience. Categories, estimates, reminders, and AI suggestions are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing your records and consulting a qualified professional about tax, accounting, or legal decisions.

Your account and records

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant Snapceipt the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and export it for you.

Subscriptions

Premium features may be offered through auto-renewing in-app subscriptions. Prices, trial terms, renewal timing, cancellation instructions, and refund rules are shown by the applicable app store before purchase. Store billing terms control the transaction.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, access another user's data, probe security controls, upload unlawful or malicious content, automate abusive traffic, or use Snapceipt to violate law or third-party rights.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage limits to protect reliability and cost. We will try to provide notice when a material change affects paid functionality.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Snapceipt does not warrant that extracted data, calculations, categories, or exports are accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Snapceipt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination and contact

You may stop using Snapceipt and request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. Questions can be sent to hello@snapceipt.app.
